“ Fantastic experience with the super star amazing crew at Kirkland Seattle Coffee Gear. First off, I came in a week ago and they recommended an awesome grinder which I absolutely love. Then I came in yesterday and wanted a new machine. They walked me through the options and they directed me to the Rocket Mozzafiato, they also let me know that since I bought the grinder last week they were running a promotion and can take 15% off the machine! I got the machine home, set it up and was having some trouble with it, I let them know and they informed me that ot definitely is an issue and to bring it back, they had the new one waiting for me at the store and I took it home and it is running like a champ! Everyone at the store truly went above and beyond; they are all knowledgeable, customer focused and take ownership and don’t pass the buck to solve problems.
